For overseas readers: 'Development' is an incredibly wide ranging term, usually meant to mean work carried out by varied NGOs (standing for 'NonGovermental Organization'). I could do a whole book of cartoons like this. Some people already have. --------------------- Below: some upcoming art, a character design I'm referencing. More tidbits will follow.]]>

How long you stay Cambodia?

The above flow chart is entirely in jest, I can think of a LOT more options and arrangements. Really just wanted to highlight how predictable some (not all!) foreigners* can be in Cambodia.

This was scribbled over the course of a few beers last evening, and tidied up in my local breakfast shop. (Thanks to V and K for the assist!)
We also ended up with a little chart for my own self.

I think there are few more flow charts to be done - commonly cultural mistakes, how to find a job, expat turnover, much more!


*in Thailand 'Farang', in Cambodia 'Barang'.
