Cambodian T-Shirtson March 14, 2011 at 11:49 am
Or, why I [heart] Cambodia Part 01. (Of many.)
Some people go and cruise the mall on weekends. I like to check out the T-Shirt shops in Phnom Penh, on Norodom and Monivong. You'll often find some really bizarre commissioned castoffs. [Click for larger comic if you want to scope out the logos.]
Pop art - one of a kind items, never to be seen again!
Often in 'Khmer-lish', they are usually over-sized, and need a little tailoring if you don't want to end up wearing a tent.
Some shirts that didn't make the cut for today's strip: Cambodian National Research organization,
and this fascinating Yantra (good luck charm) t-shirt.
